Yes! Apples Presents a Virtual Holiday Charcuterie Class

Create an Edible Work of Art Your Guests Will Love

Charcuterie boards are having a moment. Skyrocketing in popularity as Google searches increase and social media posts proliferate, charcuterie boards are fun to assemble.

The term “charcuterie” originated in France in the 15th century to signify a style of meat preparation that focused on using all parts of the animal. Today it’s become more of a catch-all term for meat and cheese boards.

If you’re looking for ideas on how to create charcuterie boards that will please all your holiday guests, join Yes! Apples on Dec. 16 at 7:30 p.m. EST for a virtual class with Lea Dixon, a food stylist and photographer who created the “Eat Beautifully” method (@the_platter_girl on Instagram). Dixon will walk attendees through how to pair and style an edible work of art.
